Vision on cooperation

Effective collaboration requires a clear picture of what drives parties confronted with a particular issue: the common values and principles, the strategic goals, and what members of a coalition can and cannot do together. Once trust has been established, a joint agenda can be determined and realised. Strong, impartial support and guidance are essential for mutual relations, for relations with other stakeholders and for communication. Collaboration needs to be managed professionally.
